Whatever reason a person is single, the understanding of everything happens for a reason is a known fact, and should be viewed as such. Being single is not a time to be depressed, sad, or feeling alone. When you are single it is not a time to start going out to whatever place one may think another available person may be, whether; church, night clubs, public outing for singles only, etc…

The best quality gift a person can give themselves at this time in life is to use the time when they are single as a valuable time of taking a personal inventory of all the things they need to work on within themselves, whether outer or inner inventory.

To elaborate more your inventory can be your beliefs, areas you need to improve in, the person you lost while being in a relationship and or marriage, the person you were before you became as one with another individual, and learning how to spend time alone with yourself again.

The feeling of being able to go to the movies, going out to eat, taking a stroll along the beach, sitting in your favorite chair at home and reading that book you never had time to read, are some but certainly not least of the things you can began the process of learning the joy of being single.

When a person is single during your time of waiting for either the right person to come along or just for you find happiness that you never thought you would have. Spend majority if not all of your time making a major investment in yourself, no one can invest as much into you, but you. Now is the time, so live life every day finding something new that put’s a smile on your face. You can always make a list and enjoy as you check off one by one of happiness and enjoyment.

There are so many times in life when in a relationship or marriage, we get so involved and caught up into making our relationships or marriages work, we lose sight of who we are as a person.

The title as some may call being single is not at all something to be ashamed of by any means. After spending time alone, who knows being single and loving yourself may just be the best gift you have ever given yourself, so happy findings!
